Course Objectives:

Provide a safe space to express emotions and concerns about divorce.

Help participants understand changes in family dynamics.

Teach coping skills for stress, uncertainty, and parental conflict.

Develop communication skills and personal resilience.

Foster self-esteem and confidence through self-reflection.
