Frequently Asked Questions
If this is your first time considering therapy, it might feel a bit intimidating or scary. Even if you have been to therapy before, you may be feeling a bit apprehensive. Either way, this is a very big step and good for you for taking it! You are very wise to seek help. Below please find answers to some common questions that can help you navigate the therapy process and make the decision that is right for you. What are the fees per session at TTI?TTI fees are $125 per 45 to 55 min session depending on need.

Which insurances does TTI accept?We currently accept Aetna, Cigna, Magellan, TriCare (West) with other insurances continually being added.

Does TTI offer weekend and evening appointments?Yes, TTI has weekday and evening appointments with appointment times as late as 8pm, and Saturdays with appointment times between 9a and 12p. All appointment times based on availability.

Dose TTI offer telehealth sessions?Yes, telehealth sessions are offered for adults 18 and over when clinically appropriate.

Does TTI offer child care for clients?Yes, TTI offers limited child care for children starting at age 3 at a fee of $20 per session to be charged at the time of session. Child care is currently being offered for Saturday sessions occurring from the 9am time slot to the 12pm time slot by our child care specialist, Jennifer McKee in a private conference room across from the therapy office.

Does TTI provide a superbill?Yes, TTI will provide a superbill on the last Friday of the month upon request.

What ages does TTI see?TTI specializes in children ages 3 to 18 as well as adults, individuals, and couples.

What if I miss my appointment with TTI?If an appointment is missed or not caceled 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, a fee of $65 dollars will be charged to the card on file. When a client of TTI agrees to an appointment time, that time is no longer available for other TTI clients and is resuerved exclusively for you.

How long will therapy treatment last?Treatment length depends on severity of symptoms, frequency of sessions, what a client wants from therapy, and attitude towards treatment. It is difficult to say how long treatment will last.

Does TTI offer a free consultation?Yes, TTI offers a free 20-30 min phone consultation. This consultation saves time and resources for everyone involved. It is important that the therapist and client are a good fit. An inital consult will help determine whether proceding with TTI is appropriate.
